A GIGANTIC
THANK YOU
to everyone who brought in bagged lunches!
And
sign-up for delivery today
, and/or other Saturdays coming up.
|
|
Two weeks ago we provided 227 lunches and this week 505. The lunches went to 3 homeless shelters and to folks at the John Street Bridge.
In response to this amazing demonstration of community solidarity and support for those in need, instead of every other week, we are now going weekly with a cap of 250 lunches per week. And we’re using Sign-Up Genius to coordinate.
We’re staying with peanut butter & jelly and working on a refrigeration possibility.
Please
to sign up for this Saturday, May 9, or another one in the future.
Drop off is still Saturday, 12-5 at the church.
CLICK HERE for the 1-2-3 instructions.
Thank you! Teryl and David

Sonja Ahuja, a member of our congregation and co-facilitator of the Eliminating Racism group, passed away Sunday after an extended illness. We will keep you informed about plans for services as they develop.
Bryce Costawong passed away unexpectedly this week. He was the 19-yr old son of Trina Wong and Michael Costantino. No plans have yet been arranged for a Memorial Service; we will let you know when further details are available.
We deeply mourn their passings, and hold their families in the light.
