A MESSAGE FROM DIRECTOR OF ADMISSIONS, MARY BETH LAVEZZORIO '82
Hello from Trinity High School -

Though this has not been the same recruitment season, it has been a pleasure meeting so many of you on tours, virtual shadow visits, open houses and zooming into your classrooms. For 8th graders, testing day is less than three weeks away: Saturday, December 5th. It's time to make the decision of which high school is the best fit for you. Registration is open from November 13th -30th.

There is still time to explore Trinity High School - this Newsletter has information on upcoming recruitment events. And of course there is still time to schedule a private tour or a virtual shadow day.

Stay connected to Trinity - reach out to us with your questions about the Trinity High School journey. Now is the time for you to #BeABlazer!  Take a tour, meet our faculty and staff, and discover more about Trinity!

CLUB HIGHLIGHT
Blazers Seeking Justice
Blazers Seeking Justice collected items for the Thanksgiving Food Drive for our community partner, Marillac St. Vincent. Around the holidays, many families receive what you normally would imagine from a food pantry - a turkey, sides, and bread - but they often don’t get the supplies needed to bake a special dessert for their families. As a community we will fill this need and give families the opportunity to bake that delicious pie or the family’s favorite dessert for the holidays!
COURSE HIGHLIGHT
IB Mathematical Applications
This course studies applications with an emphasis on statistics, modeling and use of technology. It is intended to meet the needs of students whose interest in mathematics is more practical than theoretical but who seek more challenging content than the Standard Level. This subject is aimed at students who will go on to study subjects such as social sciences, natural sciences, medicine, statistics, business, some economics courses, psychology, and design.
LINK UNLIMTED SCHOLARS
The deadline for the LINK application deadline is November 23rd! LINK awards financial support to African-American students with a demonstrated financial need. Competitive candidates are confident communicators who are highly motivated, focused, involved in school and community, want mentoring, and are college-bound.
