Breakup with Burnout Training for Nonprofit Leaders *
What good comes from struggling as a nonprofit leader? Imagine how much more energy and passion you would have for your cause if you started to put yourself first — without being selfish. How would your staff feel if you showed up every day as a decisive and focused leader who never felt overwhelmed, exhausted, or worried about finances just because that’s how nonprofit life is supposed to be? How much more capacity would you have to serve? Who would you help and how would they feel about your organization? Could you see yourself relaxing more, and perhaps taking a vacation without feeling guilty about it? Now imagine yourself waking up every day thrilled to be alive with the understanding that giving to yourself means you can feel free and do more for others. Learn simple techniques for changemakers to permanently shift from 'un-ease' to 'at-peace' in the face of uncertainty, financial worry, and the stress of giving too much.
Join Dr. Larry Goodman in an interactive online workshop that will help you:
- Discover surprisingly simple mindset habits
- Identify the subconscious beliefs that cloud your mind
- Get specific coaching on how to put these beliefs into practice
- Become someone for whom ‘burning out’ is no longer an option
- Learn how to use your purpose as the lens through which you live your life
The Center for Social Change is offering the Zoom event on Thursday May 13, from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Tickets cost $15 through May 7, and 20 afterward.
