We hope you're doing well and hanging in there. Amid all the anxiety and difficulties you may be facing, our sincere hope is that this slow down is allowing you to savor some of the moments that usually whiz by us in our busy lives. I know for us, having more time to connect with loved ones (including pets) has been one of the positives. Thankfully, technology allows us to be there for those near and far.

We are still busy working, negotiating deals, "showing" homes (virtually), and working on the ins and outs of our business that we generally save for slower times. We are available for all of your real estate needs. Please do not hesitate to call, text, or email us.

Take care and hope to see you SOON!

UPDATE as of 10:00 AM, Thursday, May 14:

COVID-19 and impact on the Central Oregon real estate market:

Single Family Residence (SFR) median sale prices in Bend and Redmond increased in April and the number of sales took a downward turn, unlike the trend noted in the past several years. Although the number of sales dropped, the inventory remains around a two month supply.

There is a considerable difference in the Days on Market, which is the result of a new platform that properly counts the days on market from the list date to the contract date.  The prior platform provided the total time between list date and closed date. (Notes and data courtesy of Beacon Appraisal Group LLC.)
