We were lucky enough to host a dinner with them back in 2018, and we held it at Spiaggia. Think about that, a producer of Italian whites hosted at Spiaggia, one of the most lauded Italian restaurants in the country!

Full, rich and super complex, today's bottling comes from their stunning property in the cru of Capriva. As mentioned above, it has earned a 96 point review from James Suckling and was picked by him as the best Pinot Grigio of the entire 2017 vintage from Italy and around the world, even topping a rare Napa Valley Pinot Grigio bottling from Massican.

The wine is extremely aromatic and once you pour it in your glass, you will want to dive right in. The flavors are rich and all-enveloping, with distinct notes of baked apple and pear, peach pie, savory herbs and a cascade of minerals that help the wine finish incredibly clean. We paired our bottle with roasted Italian lemon chicken and it was out of this world delicious!
