NEFA's Fall Fest '19 Management Conference is right around the corner.  On November 16 & 17,  NEFA will be presenting a tremendous series of workshops, social events, and table top displays featuring the best of the industry.  These are some of the most important topics you will hear on a local level.

"Tips to Capitalizing on the Growing Wash-Dry-Fold Market" featuring Rita Foley

Saturday Morning's program features "Tips for Capitalizing on the Wash Dry Fold Market" from Rita Foley, owner of Regency Dry Cleaners and White Star Dry Cleaners in the Raleigh-Durham, NC, area.

"Across the country," observed Peter Blake, NEFA Executive Vice President, "Wash-Dry-Fold and Casual wear are the two fastest growing segments of the business.  Drycleaners can no longer be thought of for just shirts, suits, blouses & dresses.  If you want to grow your business you have to tap into what consumers are looking for.  This is a perfect opportunity to explore this segment of the industry and learn how you can capitalize on this trend."

About Rita Foley

Rita Foley is a first generation owner of Regency Cleaners in Durham, NC, which is a 6 store operation including laundromats and valet routes. Regency Cleaners was established in 1984. She serves as the Past President of the North Carolina Association of Launderers and Cleaners. Rita is also a member of CLA (Coin Laundry Association) and MfM (Methods for Management).

Rita is a 1980 graduate of the University of Georgia, with a degree in Poultry Science. She was the first female in the history of the University to be presented the Outstanding Senior of the College of Agriculture. Her ambition to become a veterinarian evolved into a lifetime of working in the dry cleaning industry that has allowed her to utilize her creativity and entrepreneurship to grow the company.
