The Sunrise Presidio Village HOA is placing more emphasis on its Website and E-mail in terms of getting information out efficiently to its 236 members.
We publish meeting agenda’s in advance of meetings, meeting minutes after meetings. All HOA documents are on the website including the CC&R’s and Bylaws that provide Lot Owner rules and rules for running the HOA. It provides information about road and landscaping taking place in the neighborhood, as well as information on changes being considered in how the HOA functions. It provides document storage, and a means for owners to communicate with the Board.
Over 75% of people in the US use the internet, with more in Arizona. And probably more in Sunrise Presidio Village. Over 70% of emails opened are by smart phones and tablets. So, this is why your HOA uses email and a website.

Its faster, cost-effective, and easier than sending a letter or document via USPS. A letter to homeowners will cost the community over a $100! To mail a document can be over a $1,000! Plus, more and more people are using the technology today.

If a gas line breaks, we can get an email out quickly. If a road is being repaired, an email can let you know now. If you want to notify the HOA of a neighborhood problem, go to the community website Contact Us page and let us know about it.
Our Website Statistics show that i n the last 30 days, 71 users were on the website. In the last 90 days, 215. From April 2018, there were 8885 pages viewed by 1770 users.

Obviously some use the site regularly, and others not so much. Realtors use it when a house is sold or purchased. More members will be getting email and checking the website in the future. That’s what’s happening in Arizona, and it will happen in your HOA.
