COMMUNITY SPOTLIGHT
The DC CFAR would like to introduce a new feature in the Weekly Update, the "Community Spotlights," to recognize the members of our Community Partnership Council (CPC). The CPC is central to the mission of the DC CFAR in promoting and supporting research in partnership with government and community. It is composed of prominent members of the DC HIV/AIDS community including many senior leaders of Community-Based Organizations (CBOs) throughout the city and its many different communities, and universities, community agencies and clinics providing HIV services. Through these spotlights, we aim to highlight the impressive work of each member and their contributions to the DC CFAR and the community. See a list of the CPC membership here.
