Just like you, we are struggling to make sense of how the Coronavirus is affecting our business, lives, and families. We've always been people and customer-focused. We feel that kind of dedication is especially important now. We want you to know that we are working hard to care for, improve and plan for the sunnier days to come. Here's what we are up to:
  • Answering daily emails and phone calls from our clients. You have important considerations right now, so we are here to consult. We've all worked in remote offices for years so our procedures and routines are hardwired into us. (We, of course, have cute feathery and furry office assistants.)
  • Maintaining and improving our most current Wintix/Webtix v 6.
  • Contacting our clients on versions 5 and 6 via phone and emails to see if we can be of help in box office operations.
  • Maintaining and keeping our servers updated, secure and free of viruses.
  • Updating and ensuring our Help Desk posts are current and applicable for what you may be needing most at this time. 
  • Upgrading our clients to Wintix/Webtix 6. Many of our clients are finding this quiet time to be a good time to upgrade to the latest software version.
  • Developing our future generation of software applications, namely versions 7 and 8.

f or social distancing when you reopen?

It seems like a lifetime ago that "social distancing" was hardly in anyone's vocabulary. Now it may be a fact of life for some time to come.

We've heard from several of you who are already thinking of making modifications on your seating plans since it may be required during the initial phases of reopening our facilities. Or, are you thinking of just selling general admission and assign spaced out seats when guests arrive?

We can modify existing plans or create new plans. We can also help you modify elements like Total capacity when not selling reserved seats.
