3-4-50 Update

As you know, we started talking about 3-4-50 a few years ago to shine a light on chronic disease. We know that three behaviors impact chronic disease: lack of physical activity, poor diet and tobacco use. The 3-4-50 project has engaged partners from a variety of sectors who have signed on to share this information with their employees, students, members and others.

So how is it going? We are proud to say we have 124 partner organizations signed on from all over Vermont. These include worksites, schools, child care programs, municipalities, faith communities and professional organizations. Visit our 3-4-50 page to learn more and if you haven't yet, consider signing on with your organization. While on the page, enjoy our new video highlighting some of the organizations that have signed on.
