Heritage & Slow Tourism

Slow Tourism is one of the HTHIC2020 ‘special topics’. The concept is receiving increasing attention and referred to as an alternative to modern tourism and its negative impacts on places and communities.

The organisers of the session ‘Heritage & Slow Tourism’, Burçin Kalabay Hatipoğlu and Karin Elgin-Nijhuis, look forward to exploring the concept with you.
