Message from the New Mexico Parent Teacher Association
New Mexico PTA Members and Families:

What an extraordinary time we have here! The past several weeks have brought a lot of uncertainty and more questions than answers. Now that some of the dust has begun to settle around in-person school attendance we hope to answer some of your burning questions: How do we hold meetings? Accomplish officer elections?  End of year financial questions and more. Over the past week your New Mexico PTA Board of Directors has been working to put together a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) sheet so everyone will receive the same information. You will be able to find the FAQ here in this eNewsletter, our website  and on social media.

We want you to know that you are not alone! PTA leaders and members throughout the country and at every level are working together to make sure that PTA's mission of engaging and supporting families so every child can reach their full potential will still be achieved. Although the landscape is new and unexplored we have every confidence that together we'll accomplish great things.

New Mexico PTA is keeping office hours remotely so please continue to call and email any questions you may have. We appreciate everything you have done and continue to do during this time. Our students, families, schools and communities are stronger for our efforts. #WeArePTA
