February is Love your Library month! Did you know that the Kirkland Town Library is no longer charging late fees? No need to worry about the charges you may have accumulated if you forgot to return your book on time. 

The Mission of the Kirkland Town Library is to provide equitable access to information and resources that educate, engage, and inspire the community.

Complimentary breakfast treats and beverages provided by Kirkland Town Library.

Friday, Feb. 9th at 2pm:  "A Short History of Hockey in Clinton" including films of old hockey games will be presented by Richard Williams, Kirkland Town Historian,  at the Clinton Historical SocietyThe program is free and open to the public.

Friday, Feb. 9th at 7:30pm: Hamilton College Performing Arts begins the spring season with jazz vocalist Alicia Olatuja in Wellin Hall, Schambach Center. Tickets for the concert are $20 for adults, $15 for senior citizens and Hamilton employees, and $5 for students. For tickets or information, call the box office at 859-4331 or visit www.hamilton.edu/performingarts.

Saturday, Feb. 10th from 4 - 7pm:  Hearts and Hockey ~ Kid's Night Out - Parent's Night Off at the Clinton United Methodist Church! Tickets are $20 per child, with a $35 family max. Children ages 2 - 12 years will enjoy dinner, games, crafts and more. Saturday, Feb. 10th from 10am-2pm: Stone Presbyterian Church's Annual Chocolate Lover's Sale. Plenty of delicious homemade chocolate goodies (including pies) will be available for your pleasure! The proceeds from this sale will go to support Hope House in Utica, a place where needy folks in the Utica area can go to have a hot, nutritious meal served with a smile by various groups of area volunteers.

Sunday, Feb. 11th at 2pm:  "Amelia Earhart: Lost Legend" will be presented by Cheryl Pula  at the Clinton Historical Society. The program is free and open to the public.
