Your Girl Scouts Weekly News & Updates
Dear Girl Scouts,

If there's one product (besides toilet paper) that's essential during our extended time at home, it's a microprocessor (the brain inside your computer or phone). Zoom, Marco Polo, Facebook and Teams keep us connected to our friends, families, colleagues and classmates.

I love what computers can do for our world, and I love computer programming. So I was ecstatic that our team chose to feature the "Coding for Good" badges this week. They're so good! The Daisy, Brownie and Junior badges link to a video of one of my all-time heroes, Admiral/Dr. Grace Hopper, one of the world's first computer scientists. Check it out!

Speaking of women who love math and science, our brilliant team who creates for you this home grown newsletter includes Mattie, Sarah, Kailee, Olive, Erin and Jess. Their love for learning and serving is contagious ...and so much fun.

Enjoy.
