Families,

All Saints' Day was AMAZING!! We had about 100 students from our Little Loves all the way to our 8th grade leaders participate! I am so blessed to be the principal of such an awesome and amazing school! Our families are the best! We are blessed indeed!

We tried a little test run with the drop off routine on Wednesday morning. We had sent home information with the Tuesday folders that explained we would be only putting a few cones out each morning to help our snow removal efforts once the snow begins to fly. Little did we know that it was not a good day to do a test run! We had no idea that a slow train would mess up all that we had been doing with drop off over the last year.
  • Please do not drop off your children before the crosswalk.
  • Proceed as normal to the farthest cone to drop off your children. This is for your family's safety.
As we proceed further into winter, there may not be as many cones blocking the lane before the crosswalk. Please put safety first and follow the procedures.
Drop off is much easier with lighter traffic and less cars between 7:15 and 7:20 each morning.
If your child is not to school by 7:30 a.m. they are considered tardy. Want to learn more about excused and unexcused tardies and absences? The specifics are available in our SJPS handbook located on our website, p. 22 and 23. https://stjerome.org/wp-content/uploads/2019/10/2019-2020-Parent-handbook-Final-Copy-3.pdf

Tonight Brian Dalbke, 8th grade, is playing at the Seton with the St. Charles boys volleyball team! Way to go Brian! Please go and cheer on the team!

The Legacy Dinner is a week away! Thank you all for your dedication to SJPS. You can bid on silent auction items through this link or sign up to volunteer through this link ! See the flyer about the raffles!

God's Peace and Blessings,
