These are a few things we in the multifamily business have had to adapt to and overcome. Despite all that, we have many things to be thankful for at CRG. We did not have one single project get scrubbed due to COVID. We added staff in 2020 and soldiered on to a successful year. So I say thanks to all of our employees at CRG that were out in the field during these times. Thank you to the onsite personnel that were in the leasing offices and working with residents and opening doors and generally making residents feel safe. And finally, to our clients, whose faith in us to execute projects under these circumstances was truly inspiring. The calendar is about to turn, and good things are ahead but the lessons learned and the relationships that were cemented in tough times are things to be thankful for in 2021 and beyond. 

We start with getting the Angels' wish lists, complete with wants & needs, put them on tags to hang around the office for employees to claim and shop. They bring the gift back and we bundle them up in trash bags for the Salvation Army to inspect & wrap. This year CRG donated over 70 gifts, ranging from warm clothes to Paw Patrol toys!
