Introducing ASSISTA Collaborative Robot
Increase productivity with human-robot collaboration
Introducing ASSISTA collaborative robot from Mitsubishi Electric. This is an industrial-grade robot that offers maximum safety and durability in applications where human operators are present.

Cutting-edge servo technology allows ASSISTA to be compact and slim, giving mechanical designers greater flexibility on where and how the cobot can be used. The built-in controls eliminate the need for an external teach pendant.

  • Position repeatability of ±0.03mm
  • RT VisualBox / RT3 enable robot operation simulation
  • I/O and Ethernet cables and pneumatic tubing routed internally within the arm

Cobot Accessories
Pre-engineered and widely compatible
Swivellink offers a range of cobot bases and support mounts including; parts feeder stands, mobile base, robot pedestals and mobile carts. These accessories are available in configurations compatible with a wide array of industrial cobot manufacturers.

  • Mobile Bases – Heavy duty weld construction, locking casters
  • Controller Brackets – Bolts directly to pedestal, includes hardware
  • Base Adapters – Perfect for putting robot at an angle
  • Cobot Pedestals – Available from 12” to 48” in 6” increments
  • Parts Feeder – Holds finished parts or blanks
  • Mobile Table Carts – Integrated robot mount for mobility

Replace Your Cable Glands
Cable entry sealing solutions
Roxtec cable entry sealing solutions ensure protection against dust, high pressure, and condensation steam from the cleaning process. Large openings making them ideal provide quick, trouble-free and area efficient installation of pre-terminated cables without cutting your connectors and voiding cable warranties.

Roxtec cable entry seals provide built-in spare capacity. You can easily and cost-efficiently add cables and upgrade according to new needs and regulations.

IO-Link Simplifies Connectivity on Robotic
End-Effectors
Automation Insights Article:
Get more from your robots through expanded use of end-effectors. Key components like process sensors, variable regulators, pneumatic grippers, and pneumatic valve manifolds are available with IO-Link technology at a reasonable price.

More importantly, these devices dramatically simplify integration, installation, and maintenance with built-in diagnostics and parameterization tools.

Electric Linear Modules
Excellent alone, unbeatable combined in a system
The compact modular linear system from Schunk offers a large variety of possibilities for combining individual modules to form an overall system. Depending on the load range and the required stroke lengths, suitable and standardized components are available even for demanding tasks.

  • ELB/ELP –Compact linear module
  • LDK – Stroke module
  • LDN/LDM/LDT – Universal linear module
  • LDL – Flat linear module
