Navigating Adult Services

Join us for a general overview of primary adult services. Participants will learn to recognize the eight components of self-determination and will better understand how to promote self-determination throughout the transition planning process.

Participants will learn about the various adult service agencies in NYS and will better understand the services provided by each, as well as their related eligibility, referral, and application process.
