This evening, I am providing you with a resource that C.A.R. emailed to Kathy late yesterday. The spreadsheet includes all of our CA County Ordinances, reflecting the restricitions they have placed in response to the Coronavirus which may, in fact, exceed the Governor's Stay-At-Home Order and safe distancing of 6ft. when addressing essentials. This may help you wth your business practices whether in Nevada County or in outside areas.
We want to stress that though Nevada County does not exceed the State Order, our NC Health Officer Dr. Ken Cutler stresses, "
no open houses are allowed, nor is the scheduling of sequential showings. However, remote/virtual showings are encouraged. Photography/video is also allowed since it will facilitate virtual tours. We understand that buyers need to see the house prior to purchase, so we encourage you employ best practices to do so safely, especially if the house is inhabited.
