Update: Sites to remain closed rest of year
All 13 Sacramento County school districts, including Folsom Cordova, today agreed to keep their campuses closed through the end of the school year to jointly support the coronavirus mitigation effort. The decision was made in consultation with Sacramento County Public Health.

Campuses will remain closed for the rest of the school year, but school is still in session: Our plans for distance learning continue. On April 14, when we return from Spring Break, teachers and students will get reacquainted with our distance learning platform and proceed with remote instruction.

This has been a stressful time for our families, teachers, staff, and students, with many unknowns and numerous impacts felt broadly across our school communities. We know, for instance, that our high school seniors have many questions about graduation, and other students and families seek clarity on grading moving forward.

For every school district in our state, distance learning is still very much a work in progress, and we will continue to provide you the supports and updates needed to succeed in the weeks ahead.

We will provide a full update to our staff and families with additional details later today.

Thank you for your patience, and partnership, during these unprecedented times.
