NOVEMBER 4TH, 2020
"While it may seem small,
the ripple effects of small things is extraordinary."

-Matt Bevin

Today, at our office, there was a ripple.
One gesture of celebration lead to an entire day of ripples.
Ripples that encouraged kindness and thoughtfulness.
Each response created momentum that triggered gratitude and appreciation
and an innate desire to reciprocate.
That first ripple completely changed the outcome of my day.

Change can also be talked about and be referenced more like a tidal wave.
A singular act that leaves a landscape transformed and permanently altered.
Forceful momentum, that without invitation, can damage and destroy.

Change will come. It always does.
Just remember, you get to decide if you're going to be a tidal wave, or a ripple.
Keep smiling, keep sanitizing, and stay safe!
