King of Prussia Among the 30 Philadelphia Area ZIP Codes Delivering Best ROI
Over the past decade, King of Prussia has seen significant increase in property values
Early in October, the Philadelphia Business Journal published, “ The 30 Philadelphia-area ZIP codes delivering the best return on investment .” The list featured mostly neighborhoods in the City of Philadelphia that have had remarkable price increases over the past ten years following decades of relatively low values compared to other major US cities and the surrounding Philadelphia area suburbs. There are a few suburban locations on the list including Bridgeport (#30) and King of Prussia (#26), both, within Upper Merion Township, PA.

The Holidays Are Near – Shop Small (Including at the Mall!)
As the holiday season approaches, people around our region are making their shopping list and checking in twice. Luckily for us, Upper Merion Township (UMT) is truly a one-stop-shop, as it boasts over 7.6M square feet of retail space and is home to an incredible number of major retailers from around the world.

One might assume that in a community ripe with larger businesses (retail or otherwise), smaller businesses might not have their place. However, King of Prussia has invested in establishing a business-friendly ecosystem that supports and uplifts businesses of all sizes.

Budget Maintenance –
The Difference Maker
Beer festival benefactor is your building's best friend
The title sponsor of King of Prussia Beerfest Royale since 2015, Budget Maintenance, Inc., has maintained commercial properties in the Greater Philadelphia region since 1987. If you manage properties or own commercial buildings in the Delaware Valley, Budget Maintenance is a name you should know and a partner you can always rely on. King of Prussia District counts on their dedicated team each year to keep the KOP Beerfest Royale site looking in tip-top shape (not an easy feat with nearly 3,000 people descending on the site over the course of multiple events).

Best Buddies Makes a Big Difference From KOP
Impacting over 1.25M individuals annually, Best Buddies strives to break down social barriers
We all know that King of Prussia is home to a number of Fortune 500 companies, world-class retailers and some of our region’s best and hottest restaurants. What you may not realize is that there are also a number of nonprofit organizations working to make a real difference in the world…from right here in KOP!

Imagine you had an intellectual or developmental disability, like autism, and had trouble making friends at school. You feel isolated and depressed and are often bullied for being different. For far too many young people, that is a reality. Best Buddies International is a nonprofit working to break down these social barriers by pairing students with and without disabilities in one-to-one friendships and training student leaders to plan activities throughout the year that bring their peers together and create a more inclusive school community.
