January 2022 Lunch & Learn - Ring in the New Year with Some Self-Care: 

"Beat Burnout By Getting Back To You!"

Join us for our 1st Lunch & Learn of 2022! Just hop on zoom and join in to listen while eating your lunch.  There will be 15 minutes of networking in breakout rooms afterwards for those who can stick around.  Get to know some other professionals and tell them what you learned/thought about/decided to do as a result of the presentation.   

Agenda: First 15 mins. will be getting situated and hearing about TTN updates. We ask that everyone sign in by 11:55 so as not to disrupt the speakers. Presentation content will be approx. 12:00-1:00pm with networking time (if you can stay) from 1:00-1:15pm. We are grateful to our presenters for sharing their time and expertise with us and all of you!

"Beat Burnout: By Getting Back to You!"  

DESCRIPTION: A brief workshop to help participants recognize the signs of stress and fatigue. While identifying things to keep them refreshed and refueled.
Takeaways: • An understanding of stress and its effect on the body• The knowledge to recognize the symptoms of burnout• The ability to avoid/reverse the symptoms of burnout and stress• Personalized ideas that can be used to help you recharge• A plan to implement your best practices at work.

PRESENTER: Lenice Hill-Williams, TRCC, is the Chief Nour!shing Officer (CNO) and Resilience Strategist at Nour!shment. She has been a servant leader for over thirty years and an ordained minister in the state of Ohio since 2014. It is her hope that everyone prospers as they nour!sh their soul and it prospers. This Resilience Strategist has a degree in Early Childhood Education and owned and operated her own daycare for five years. For a few of those years she collaborated with the Arlitt Child and Family Research Education Center. Nour!shing human development at all ages, and stages of life, is a passion.
As a graduate of University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication, it is her vision to make the world a better place through listening, helping people realize that thriving is within reach, getting them to execute the necessary steps to bolster their resilience, and cycle successful outcomes.
As an avid learner, always looking for ways to grow, she shares the wealth of information that she has acquired through a lifetime of experience and education as podcast host of Health on A Humble. As a certified trauma responsive care professional, holding certifications in family, prenatal/postnatal, and senior health as well as an Extreme Execution life coaching certification, she is uniquely qualified to help you nurture your mind, body, soul, and spirit.
