What's New?
Become a member today and explore beautiful scenic parks and rivers with LandHealth Institute. This past week, the Stroud Research Center joined us on a canoe trip on the Brandywine River. We were overwhelmed by the beauty of the river and the fresh air. It was refreshing opportunity to step outside and immerse ourselves in nature's beauty. While we were embracing the gorgeous scenery, we were also learning about Lenni Lenape and why the Brandywine River is so important. We have many more exciting upcoming opportunities to explore nature's beauty. Click this link to join our next adventure!

Brandywine River Canoeing with Stroud Water Research
LandHealth Institute has continued to grow its Philadelphia Watershed Stewardship (PWS) Program despite the challenges of hybrid learning and virtual meetings to mitigate the spread of COVID-19. However, the importance of applying the information they are given with engaging outdoor activities that connect Stewards with nature and introducing hands on activities is not lost. These last few weeks, they have been given the opportunity to attend the Brandywine River Canoeing Trip with Stroud Water Research, Fairmount Park Restoration with PA Audubon, and provided artwork/blog posts for the PWS Weekly Newsletter.
