Frankie Martin's
Garden Coming Soon

Recently, the Planning and Zoning as well as the Board of Aldermen, approved a plan to be known as Frankie Martin's Food Court at 5372 St. Charles Street. The existing home will be preserved and the owners are in the process of placing it on the National Register of Historic Places. Plans include using the home for whiskey or wine tasting and cigars. The plan also features rotating food trucks for lunch and dinner as well as a new barn to be used as a beer canteen.  Materials from existing barns and sheds will be repurposed throughout the development.  The project also includes a stage featuring live music and a screen for projecting movies and sporting events. A fun but historic mural featuring the history of Cottleville and the western Boone's Lick plank road will offer a fun background for group photos. The final draft of the mural is to be approved by the Old Town Historic Commission.  The owner stated it will be a family friendly atmosphere allowing visitors to bring in food from neighboring businesses as well.  While there is an exceptional amount of work and grading to be done, they plan to be open in early 2022.
