Hillview School News
Dear Hillview Community,

We hope you are well as we conclude our fourth week of Distance Learning. Please review my communication here from yesterday for important changes to our weekly schedule starting tomorrow, April 20.

We encourage you to take a look at the premier issue of The Hawks Nest here , a new publication co-written by our ASB and HawkTalk students. Students will receive this weekly via Google Classroom. Some weeks will feature contests, polls, school announcements, and news you can use. Other weeks will focus more on video content as we bring back HawkTalk with a distance learning twist. We hope students, staff, and family can look forward to enjoying the Hawks Nest from the comfort of their homes.

A big shout-out to all Hawks out there! Stay safe and stay connected with each other!

All the best,

Willy

MPCSD Needs your Brown Paper Bags
Collection box outside MPCSD District Office at 181 Encinal Avenue, Atherton

MPCSD needs your help collecting about 6,000 brown paper grocery bags. Why?

In two short weeks, your hard working teachers will begin returning
(safely) to their classrooms to pack up for summer cleaning. We need brown paper bags to gather each student's belongings and organize them for safe pick-up.

Distance Learning will continue through the end of the year and all students will be assumed present.   You do not need to report your student's attendance.

If your student is NOT participating in Distance Learning for any significant amount of time, please report their absence via School Messenger.
