Plan of Care (POC) Update

Thank you to everyone who registered for, and attended, the WV Wraparound Plan of Care (POC) trainings. As of right now, these trainings will be put on a brief hold while the plan is reviewed and edited based on great feedback we have received from providers.

Please continue to utilize your agency/programs current forms and procedures. There will be an update sent out on the listserv when the training is rescheduled. Sorry for any confusion or inconvenience and as always thank you for all you do.

A friendly reminder that the next WV Wraparound Provider Check-In is scheduled for:

February 22, 2022 at 11am

The plan of care will be discussed in this check-in. An updated FAQ document will be sent via the listserv and placed on the website when available.
