Hello Friends,

Yes, it has arrived, 2022, and we're nearly halfway through January already! So, rather than think about what goals you've set or beat yourself up over the goals you don't have... try this:

WHAT WENT RIGHT FOR YOU IN 2021?
This came up in a podcast last week and it made us think a little differently. For us, we had followed the sage advice of one of my mentors in 2020 to stay in touch with existing clients, knowing that they were not in a 'buying mode' due to the pandemic disruption. We expressed empathy and concern, simply to let them know we cared. We offered consistent free, 30-min LinkedIn Webinars every single week. And what happened in 2021 because of that strategy? We were blessed with a great year of revenue and growth. And we continued last year with monthly free webinars. We now have a small army of raving fans! And we acknowledge them often. (Our monthly free webinars continue in 2022.)

Spend more time on the things that went right and stay focused on those results and how they came to be. Our 'operational mindset' took a major shift. Try it.

Ring the bell - A new option now in roll-out mode (you won't see it on your own profile,) that enables members to receive all the posts of favorite content providers in their feed. Tap the bell icon under the banner image on the right side.
POWER TIP: When I can add value (an opinion or comment,) to one of Daymond John's posts and he Reacts or engages with me, almost 2.5M members will receive it in their feed. Connect with Influencers - you never know where interaction will lead! We connected 6yrs ago after I attended one of his 2-day workshops.

TIP 2
Our Monthly free Webinar - If you haven't been registering for these over the past two years, you are missing the boat! We cover very timely LinkedIn topics and you also receive any reference documents offered... even if you can't attend the live event! But you must register! See 'Follow Debbie' for the next one.

TIP 3
Please practice kindness - Many have been through hell, frankly, over the past couple of years. You don't know what people are dealing with so, please, have extra empathy and patience at work, home, and while interacting with others. We are all in this together.
