Greenville's most dangerous corridors
, to make recommendations to improve bike and pedestrian safety.
SCDOT's new non-motorized highway safety program
is funded at $5Million annually, and was partly an advocacy success of PCC and our facilitated SC Livable Communities Alliance. The funds support the Road Safety Audits in the near future and ultimately infrastructure in the long run.
