Goodness Grows
in the Garden Room
The garden room is a popular gathering spot for Aspired Living of Prospect Heights A Knew Day® residents.

They get together in the sunny spot for daily morning meetings, to care for their impressive array of indoor houseplants, tend to the lavender, rosemary, basil, and mint growing in their herb garden, and get their veggie plants ready for outdoor planting in the Victory Garden just outside the patio door.
LIVE LIFE IN FULL BLOOM!
Spring cherry blossom trees bloomed in Aspired Living of La Grange’s art room thanks to residents’ imaginations, creativity and artistic skill!

Cinco de Mayo Celebration
Aspired Living of Westmont residents gathered in the courtyard for a fiesta with frozen strawberry drinks, homemade pico de gallo, and a pinata. It was a berry good time!
We've Got Mail!

Nothing makes residents smile like handwritten cards from kids! Thank you to Miss Lehners’ fifth-grade class for the sweet notes that made our day at Aspired Living of Prospect Heights.

Kohl's Special Offer for MOMS!
It was a lovely surprise to the women at Aspired Living of La Grange when team members from the Kohl’s department store in Hodgkins dropped off beautiful tissue paper flowers in honor of Mother’s Day.
TWO GREEN THUMBS UP!
Residents in both Assisted Living and A Knew Day® Memory Support enjoyed planting Aspired Living of Westmont’s Victory Garden.

NURSES ARE #1

We appreciate our nurses all year round but like to shine the spotlight on them each May during National Nurses Week. Thank you to the nurses who care for our residents and keep them healthy and living well, so they can fully enjoy the VIVA! lifestyle.

Why it's important to
BE GOOD TO YOURSELF

Healthcare workers who care for others need to remember to care for themselves.

While most people can handle a normal amount of stress, without coping strategies and self-care, prolonged on-the-job stress can have serious psychological and physical consequences, leading to occupational burnout, depression, and even illness.
