Moving Update!
Last month we literally did not know where God would have us to move to, but we knew we were getting closer to transitioning to our new home.

This month we are happy to announce that a few weeks ago, we were offered a "confidential listing" for a house in Daphne, Alabama (about 10 hours from where we currently live in Florida). After we were able to take a quick trip to check it out and get to know the area, we made an offer on the house and it was accepted! This is a huge miracle, especially these days with the housing market being so crazy everywhere. There was no bidding war, no other offers considered, all we had to do was offer what they asked for, no more. Praise God!

This is the first move that we have made that isn't due to a job relocation. We are moving to a more affordable, family-friendly area where we can put down roots and feel settled (at least for awhile, we never know where God will take us!) Nate's is still working for Praying Pelican Missions and Laura was recently offered a part time job with PPM as well. God truly provides where He guides.

We covet your prayers as we pack up and prepare to move, this is no small undertaking with a family of seven. Please also pray that everything will go flawlessly with our closing on June 14th and move in date of July 9th.
Summer Schedule
Last year at this time, due to Covid, our mission trips were being canceled non-stop. This year we are happy to say that PPM Mission Trips are happening! We did have a large number of teams switch from International to Domestic trips, yet we still have over 2,000 people serving internationally in 2021.

With all of the switches taking place to USA trips, our staff, including me (Nate), are filling gaps for our Domestic Trips. The two weeks before our big move, I'll be serving in Providence, Rhode Island and Tucson, Arizona. This will be the first time I have ever served on a PPM USA mission trip.

Here's a sneak peek into our summer:

June 9 ~ Last day of school in Florida
June 14 ~ Daphne, Alabama House Closing
June 19-25 ~ Nate leading Providence, Rhode Island mission trip
June 27 - July 5 ~ Nate leading Tucson, Arizona mission trip
June 28 - July 2 ~ Malachi & Isaiah at Calvary Chapel Day Camp
June 28 - July 2 ~ Laura has the house to herself during the day while the boys are at camp so she can finish packing without interference!
June 28 - July 3 ~ Reagan & Abbi at Youth Group Camp
July 9: ~ Move to Daphne, Alabama
August 11 ~ First day of school in Alabama

May Family Recap
May started off with Nate and Laura taking a quick trip to Alabama to see the house there. We are so thankful that Darrell was able to stay with the kids and keep the routine going while we were away, he's the best! We were able to stop off to visit Laura's Aunt Katie, Aunt Celeste, Uncle Pierre, and cousin Riley in Merritt Island before heading to Orlando to stay overnight with Nate's Aunt Lori on the way to Alabama.

Malachi & Isaiah have been playing flag football and their seasons will be wrapping up in a couple of weeks. It has been fun to watch them, but we are always ready for the summer break from sports!

Abbi grew fruit trees from seeds and took them around the neighborhood to sell. She did sell one, we told her she needs to enlist the help of her cute little brother next time - who can say no to him?!

Reagan went to Prom with her friend from youth group. We are so grateful that our children are surrounded by such great friends! We know it makes it hard for them to leave, but they are maturing in their faith and know that God will provide new friends with this next move too.

May is National Foster Care Month so Laura has been busy in her role at 4KIDS. Her department has been in different churches all over South Florida this month, sharing the need for Christian foster homes. Laura had a "first" a couple weeks ago when she was handed the microphone to speak on behalf of 4KIDS, usually she is the one at the table talking to people individually. She has loved her time at 4KIDS the past year and a half and has grown so much in her faith and confidence through her time there.

There is such a great need for foster care throughout the country as removal numbers are going up, please pray and ask the Lord if He is calling you to open your home to a child in need! James 1:27

We are thankful for each of you and the role you each play in our lives. Thank you for your prayers, love, and support, especially as we once again follow the Lord's leading and make another big life change! Love you all!
Love,
Nathan, Laura, Darrell, Reagan,
Abigail, Malachi & Isaiah
