Concerts are great entertainment, but following the onset of COVID-19, we haven't been able to attend any shows as usual since we've been cooped up at home. That ends now, as we have the Seattle Symphony to thank for that! Throughout the quarantine, the Symphony has been sharing performances virtually, with concert rebroadcasts and family programming to whet our concert appetites. The first rebroadcast after this email will be hosted on Thursday, July 2nd at 4:30 pm (watch out for the Pacific Time Zone they have listed on their website).

Join us in feeling the strength, comfort and joy their music can bring into our lives by attending one of their free, virtual concerts.
Mindful Wellness

Free Online Yoga Class!
Join us for a free online yoga class on Thursday, July 2nd (Tomorrow) with our very own Kim Brock. Class will be from 12:00-1:00 PM. Participants can access the class by clicking on this link .
