**************Important Information Regarding COVID 19***************

Parents - new Translation Resource
We at Xavier are proud of our multicultural community! - and we want all our parents to be connected. We can offer communication help for speakers of many languages through a free translation app called “Class Tag.” [Plans were to use "Talking Points," but we will use "Class Tag" instead since it is already to be used at school.] Using this app, school can send text messages that will be translated to your home language, or you can write texts in your home language that will be translated to English. If you are interested, please email Mrs. Brege with your student's name(s) and your preferred cell phone number, at mbrege@xaviercatholicschools.org. Thanks!
Watch the 2020 production of Christmas Stars from the comfort and safety of your home through your computer or smart TV. Our patrons can expect the usual fun and inspiration with an added dose of "TV magic. So gather the family (we suggest adding a big bowl of popcorn and some hot chocolate) and enjoy a new version of this favorite Christmas tradition!

Additional 1:00 pm performances on
December 11-13, 18-20, 22-25.

November Lunch Menu - click here

Thanks to a waiver from the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), St. Francis Xavier Catholic School System and Chartwells are now able to offer a free lunch for all students within the Xavier System through the end of the 2020-2021 school year. This means that a free, school-provided lunch is available for all students.
Meals will include an entree with assorted fruits and vegetables, along with a choice of 1% chocolate or 1% white milk. A la carte (chips, water, extra entrée, cookies, etc), including any milk purchased outside of the full meal, will cost extra and is NOT included with the free lunch.

Lunch account payments should still be made as A la Carte purchases do not qualify for the Free Lunch.

We also encourage parents to pay off negative balances at this time. .
Little Hawks- XYBA Basketball Program
Kindergartners through 2nd graders: Do you like basketball? You have never played and want to try? Sign up for the Xavier Youth Basketball Association's "Little Hawks" program. "Little Hawks" is an introductory fun practice opportunity for kids to learn the skills of the game of basketball, and prepare for further participation in the 3rd through 8th grade XYBA program. Registration is slated to happen later this calendar year, with the hope that practices may begin after Jan. 1 2021. These dates are later than previous years, as our board is working to secure practice space and times, and plan precautions and protocol for the safety of all participants. More information will be provided as soon as it is available. We hope you consider having your child join us! Go Hawks hoops!
Girl Scouts

Girl Scouts is committed to making sure girls and families can still get connected in their communities and have support from GSNWGL. We have several contact-less activities for girls and families to participate in, from Girl Power Drive-Thrus, to HERstory Self-Guided walks/challenges, to virtual E-troop meetings. Click here for more information.
