Inspired by French Champagne, Bordeaux reds, and the dry white wines of Alsace, Shaun and Amy Salamida strive to bring a taste of Europe to the San Juan Islands. For our wine dinner on October 25, Chefs Ryan and Tim locally sourced an inspired five-course dinner to pair with selections from this local winemaker.
