• Increased retention and reclamation rates versus prior years
• National Founders' 7,000 Hours Service Challenge yielding 9,994 service hours rendered to our communities in November (exceeded GOAL by 43 percent)

We are well on our way to achieving our membership goal for the 2016-17 sorority year with a strong fall 2016 T.O.R.C.H. season, an increased focus on reclamation through our "Welcome Home" campaign and many of our members choosing to return from the previous sorority year. Our regional leadership team has been phenomenal in sharing its plans to continue the momentum. 

 

The team recently attended the Association of Fraternity/Sorority Advisors (AFA) Annual Meeting in Bosto n. They received the first of many leadership training courses designed collaboratively with The Harbor Institute and the Office of the International First Grand Anti-Basileus. The confe rence also allowed the team to meet and connect w ith several campus  professionals to continue to build our foundation, our undergraduate membership.
