Celebrating Our Staff!
It's hard to believe that a year has passed since we first decided to make these signs celebrating our staff. We were, and continue to be, inspired by their dedication, persistence and resourcefulness through the many unknowns of Covid-19. The truth is that our front-line staff have always inspired us, and their Herculean efforts during the pandemic just prove all the more that #ourstaffrock. Thank you for all that you do. We are proud to be a part of your team.

Spring seemed to take a long time to get here, but it was worth the wait when it finally did!

For example, a past owner of six Tim Hortons franchises had a workforce of 250, one-fifth of which had a disability. The overall turnover rate in those franchises was half that of the rest of the industry's.
