Chapel of the Resurrection: Planting and Planning
The Chapel of the Resurrection is getting new plantings. Please know that the removal of the older plants was done by volunteers, longtime (even some lifelong) members of St. John’s who treated this sacred ground in an appropriate and particular manner. The volunteers did a terrific job, working together on a shared goal to preserve and beautify this special space for our St. John’s community.

Strategic, long, and short term planning for the space has begun with dedicated volunteers. The new plantings will begin in stages after Gasparilla in the coming months. They will be accomplished strategically to maintain serenity and preserve resources.

If you have any questions, please contact Suzy Lopez, whose grandmother, aunt, and stepfather and many family friends have been interred in the Chapel.
