Congress, Nashville, and Former Navy Seal Come Together to Celebrate CSF's 31st Annual Banquet & Auction
September 17, 2020 (WASHINGTON, D.C.) Yesterday, the Congressional Sportsmen's Foundation (CSF) virtually hosted its 31st Annual Banquet & Auction, celebrating past and present Congressional Sportsmen's Caucus (CSC) members and more than 30 years of protecting and advancing sportsmen's traditions on Capitol Hill and across the country.

The theme for this year's Banquet: A Night Celebrating #ResponsibleRecreation, was in recognition of the media campaign CSF has been leading, along with other conservation partners, since April, that encourages Americans to take advantage of the numerous opportunities our nation offers to recreate on public lands and waters.

Attendees were treated to an all-star cast of special guests including, the leadership of the CSC who spoke on the tremendous work being done for our great outdoors and for America's sportsmen and women. Also joining the CSC leadership were country music singer and CSF brand ambassador, Lucas Hoge, and New York Times Bestselling author and former Navy Seal, Jack Carr. A virtual live auction rounded out the evening's event.

Throughout this year, CSC Members championed several priorities on behalf of America's sportsmen and women, including the passage and enactment of the Great American Outdoors Act -the single greatest financial commitment to our nation's sportsmen and women and natural public resources in a lifetime.

"It is truly a privilege for me and for CSF to work alongside CSC members on advancing sporting policy," said Jeff Crane, CSF President. "Their passion and dedication to supporting our sportsmen's community for more than thirty years has helped to advance many pro-sportsman legislative wins that will enhance the future of our sporting traditions. I'm grateful for their continued support and look forward to continuing our fight on behalf of America's sportsmen and women."

The bipartisan CSC has grown into one of the largest and most effective caucuses in the U.S. Congress and is comprised of nearly 250 members of the House and Senate representing almost all 50 states.

Title Sponsors of the event included Bass Pro Shops, Cabela's, National Shooting Sports Foundation, Safari Club International, Vista Outdoor Inc.
