May 2021
Dear Students and Colleagues,

Here we are in May. It has been wonderful to see students and families participating in Adelphi's Grad Walk and taking photos on our beautiful campus. It's even more wonderful that—in accordance with updated guidance from New York state—Adelphi University will host in-person Commencement ceremonies and conferral of degrees for the Classes of 2020 and 2021 on our Garden City campus. These ceremonies—on May 22, 23, 24 and 25—are in addition to Adelphi’s Grad Walk and virtual Commencement ceremonies.

The end of the spring semester is a busy time for students, faculty and staff. I hope we can all take some time to stop and “smell the roses” while preparing for exams, celebrating graduation and participating in the many other end-of-the-year activities taking place.

Thank you for your continued support.

Regards,
MaryAnne Hyland, PhD
