South Sustainability: Tips from our Go Green Team
Serving up an eco-friendly Thanksgiving feast
There is so much to be thankful for this Thanksgiving, including our planet. Check out these tips from Harvard University and Forbes for ideas on how to add earth-friendly aspects to your table. Consider greening up your Thanksgiving by supporting local and organic farms, and making an effort to reduce food and energy waste. Stumped on sustainable table dΓ©cor? A bowl of pinecones and evergreen sprigs collected from a morning walk, or a simple bowl of seasonal apples and pears might just do the trick.
