| Stone Harbor Point Closure
The Borough of Stone Harbor is extending the closure of Stone Harbor Point to beach vehicles until October 1st. The borough is giving extra protection to Black Skimmers, a state endangered bird which is successfully nesting at Stone Harbor Point. The nesting site is one of only three skimmer colonies in the state. The chicks are tough to see since they are sand colored and of course they don't stay within fenced areas. The NJ Department of Environmental Protection has requested the borough postpone the opening to motor vehicle at the point. |

Market Trend Update for August

As we enter the late summer/early fall season we see a continued build-up of anxious buyers looking for their place in the sun. Our expectation is for an excellent selling season assuming inventory levels build. We have begun to see new entries of single homes hitting the market.
