Fact or Conspiracy
By Dr. Stephen Phinney
Are you tired of the constant talk of “racism?”
While racism has been around since the days of established Judaism, systemic racism is a fairly new term founded & developed by Joe Feagin – a present-day sociologist known for his extensive studies on racial and gender issues. He is considered the founder of the modern movement of gender-neutral associations. He is also the referenced sociologist connected to the new Federal Systemic Racism Bill that is being debated today.
As for our trendy movement within the United States, Dr. Nicki Cole states, “Systemic racism is both a theoretical concept and a reality. As a theory, it is premised on the research-supported claim that the United States was founded as a racist society, that racism is thus embedded in all social institutions, structures, and social relations within our society. Rooted in a racist foundation, systemic racism today comprises intersecting, overlapping, and codependent racist institutions, policies, practices, ideas, and behaviors that give an unjust amount of resources, rights, and power to white people while denying them to people of color.”
While Dr. Cole’s premise is partially correct, her proposed claim that the United States was founded as a racist society is simply presumption. These kinds of presumptions fuel the hate movement amongst the Millennial generation within America, which spread throughout the world.
Yes. It’s true. Influential “white supremacist” did participate in establishing America. But, that doesn’t make America a racist country. Feagin’s statement, The United States was founded in racism since the Constitution classified Black people as the property of white people, is not exactly true. As early of 1869, due to Civil War Reconstruction, our leaders brought clarity to the Constitution by way of the Fifteenth Amendment, stating, The right of citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of race, color, or previous condition of servitude.
We cannot ignore that some of the builders of the Constitution were indeed Masons – who are known throughout history as “white supremacists.” However, it needs to be noted that America has always been quick to amend the biases of these influencers. Folks - that is what the Civil War was all about. The slave owners in the south were generational Masons, who refused to give up their core beliefs regarding “white supremacy.” On the other hand, the North, through the leadership of Abraham Lincoln, worked to free the slaves and end the influence of “white supremacy.” That goal was partially accomplished.
As most know, the Civil War did not end the efforts of the Confederacy. You can see many southern states to this day flying the Confederate flag. Until recently, it is the second most flown flag in America.
After the war, the loyal Confederates went underground. As a way of punishing the newly established North, the “white supremacist” established a not so hidden organization, the Ku Klux Klan - commonly called the KKK or the Klan. The organization was limited to American white supremacist hate groups whose primary targets were/are African Americans and Jews, immigrants, leftists, homosexuals, and, as of recent, religious groups that abhor slavery. Fact, the Confederacy is the organic group and movement of “white supremacy.” This infectious group, including many former Confederate veterans, founded the first branch of the Ku Klux Klan as a social club in Pulaski, Tennessee, in 1865. The first two words of the organization’s name supposedly derived from the Greek word “kyklos,” meaning circle. In the summer of 1867, local branches of the Klan met in a general organizing convention and established what they called an “Invisible Empire of the South.” This empire remains “invisible,” minimally in their establishment of political objectives, to this day.
The mistake our “Black Lives Matter” protesters make is, tagging the “North” with the consequences of this deplorable organization. They also are ignorant as to the full objective of this group – their hatred toward Jews, Blacks, immigrants, leftists, homosexuals, and religious groups that are against “white supremacy.” Understandably, our African Americans are bitter toward slavery, BUT most are amiss to the real issues. It is selfish for BLM to make this cultural issue inclusively about Blacks or the system of government in DC. It is a bigger problem.
The BLM is bitter over the “North” integrating these Masonic driven “white supremacist” into our country’s history. Be it right or wrong; this marks the reality behind our present-day movement, who defy the monuments raised in their image.
American history illustrates that the legal recognition of slavery based on race is a cornerstone of what Feagin states as a racist social system. Noting, minimally at the time, providing white people a resource and right to justify their deplorable acts of enslaving people of color. Not just Blacks.
Today, the theory of systemic racism accounts for individual, institutional, and structural forms of racism. There is a major error in Feagin’s statement; “Systemic racism includes the complex array of antiblack practices, the unjustly gained political-economic power of whites, the continuing economic and other resource inequalities along racial lines, and the white racist ideologies and attitudes created to maintain and rationalize white privilege and power.” No, it was not antiblack practices; it was anticolor. The difference? While white privilege became the main theme, other people of color – Jews, Indians, Orientals, others, including whites, became a target as America was being built upon the blood and sweat of enslaved people. America IS guilty of this.
Prostitution has been around for centuries. When people think the movement is about the enslaved, they are misinformed. We must remember that most of the world’s slaves are sold to the highest bidder by their color. An example, most black people were sold by their masters, who were pimps selling their own. The buyers just happened to be privileged white people from Europe and later America. Until recently, whites and Jews have been tagged throughout history as the “money-makers.” Now, the Arabians (descendants of Ishmael) have joined the privileged. That’s a fact.
Babylonians, who are known as the people of the black race, have a much longer history of enslaving people. More so than whites. Later, after the Babylonians became the Egyptians, they became the masters of human slavery. While it would be ridiculous to blame the Egyptians (Africa), Whites (Europe), or any other race, it always comes back to “who sold them.” If you study authentic history, in most cases, you will find the sellers were of the same blood as the slaves. Don’t get me wrong. I do believe history is filled with forced slavery by way of conquering countries of race. But, generally speaking, people are captured for slavery through greedy money-makers.
As they say, “follow the money trail.” The one who writes the “paycheck” is the one who controls the people. A principle that works 100% of the time in all cultures. This is why our present war over capitalism vs. socialism is upon us. Allow me to remind you of the difference.
Socialism is a reformed/modernization of communism, which advocates that the means of production, distribution, religious freedoms, and exchange should be owned or regulated by Big Government. This system requires a minimum of 50-75% taxation to maintain benefits given back to the community (free healthcare, etc.). Thus, making socialism a dictatorship government that “cuts the checks.” Sample countries, Russia and China.
Capitalism is an economic and political system in which a country’s trade and industry are controlled by private owners for profit, rather than by the state. This system allows the government to drop taxation to minimal levels. Sample countries, the United States, and the UK. Socialism advances the profits for the state/government, while capitalism advances the profit of private businesses, global trade, religious institutions, and its workers.
The system that closely matches the early systems of slavery is socialism. The people within the system don’t realize this fact, but it is the Truth. While they press on the issues of social justice, they are covertly walking into the trap of slavery once again. But, this time, they are selling themselves through a process we call democracy.
Capitalism, on the other hand, is a system based on you are your own boss. You make your money, you spend your money, with the least amount of taxation – a system initiated by Abraham Lincoln. Taxation is the hinge-pin to all forms of paying the piper – for our illustration, pimps. I have been studying the human trafficking system for many years. I have learned one primary fact. All levels of pimps within their system are required to pay the pipper above them. The very ideology that connects them to socialism.
My prediction. America will bow to socialism – at some point in continuous history. As history proves, as the church goes, so goes the nation. Our real issue? The church has adopted socialism as their religion. A European historian once said, America has always been 10-years behind Europe. Give them a little time. In watching the wars, and rumors of wars taking place in church culture – he’s probably right. If he IS right, soon and very soon, we should see a global socialistic religion rise out of the ashes of the once authentic Church.
The new trending phrase is, We rule or we riot. Racism is rooted in slavery. The tide has turned. Now those that historically were slaves are attempting to force the masses to be enslaved to them. It won’t work. It will only prove that the radical Black people remain puppets for the leftist. Slavery is knocking at their door once again. The leftist political group is using Black people like pawns on a chessboard – just like slaves. How is this any different than the days of Black people being used by “white supremacists” to advance their cause? It isn’t. BLM needs to wake-up. As Solomon said, “There is nothing new under the sun.” The only difference between the days of Black slavery in the past and today – this time, the Black people are willingly walking into slavery out of pure ignorance.
As for the movement of systemic racism, Feagin is right. However, this system is not the conservatives who typically defend equality, but rather the leftist who propagate slavery through Big Government. Yes. As usual, Solomon is right.
Who is the real racist?
Abraham Lincoln opposed slavery because millions were held in slavery, while the Declaration of Independence stood against such bondage. He caught the “white lie” hidden within the walls of “white supremacy” in some of the founders. He stood up to them. Then found himself in a Civil War of prejudice. This proves that our country’s organic wording was indeed founded on equality and the right to freedom. Lincoln also proved many “white supremacists” were using this declaration to their benefit. The results? He gave his life defending the letter-of-the-law of the Declaration of Independence – literally being killed by the Confederates in the South. But yet, he went to his grave, firmly establishing a system without institutional racism. So why do the leftist want to tear down the Lincoln Memorial? Because he was white and believed all lives matter.
Slavery is not necessarily wrong. God, Himself, uses the system. Check this out.
“Slaves, be obedient to those who are your masters according to the flesh, with fear and trembling, in the sincerity of your heart, as to Christ; not by way of eyeservice, as men-pleasers, but as slaves of Christ, doing the will of God from the heart.” (Ephesians 6:5-6)
However, this type of slavery comes with a warning. “You were bought with a price; do not become slaves of men.” (1 Corinthians 7:23) Authentic Christians were bought from one slave owner (Satan) and transferred to a new master (Jesus Christ).
Those who are authentically indwelt by Christ typically understand the importance of being bond-slaves to Christ. It’s our identity – our new DNA. But, if mainstream “Christianity” remains duped by the present modality of, I am no man’s slave,” they will ultimately deny the basic doctrines of authentic Christianity.
What should be our “action” as we move forward? Stop, drop, and role out of the fire of our enemy’s greatest lie – stay bitter, jealous, selfish, be arrogant and lie against the Truth.
All of humanity is invited to become volunteer slaves of Christ. Satan has made such an issue over slavery that he has covertly advanced the real objective of his demise – keeping people enslaved to himself. Unless individuals within humanity submit to being bought with a price, a price only Jesus paid, each remain slaves to Satan, and he knows it. Everyone is a slave. The question becomes, to who?
