LCDC LAUNCHES NEW WEBSITE
The Liberty Community Development Corporation (LCDC) has partnered with CivicPlus to launch a new website at www.libertycdc.org. The new website gives LCDC a stronger digital presence and will make Liberty more competitive in recruiting and attracting business. The website provides valuable information to investors, developers, and businesses by showcasing information such as Liberty’s retail trade area, income, transportation network, and property tax rate.

In addition, the website provides demographic and site selection data while also touting Liberty’s many cultural assets, such as the Sam Houston Regional Library & Research Center, the Liberty Municipal Golf Course, Historic Downtown Liberty, the Trinity River National Wildlife Refuge and many others.

LCDC is a “Type B” corporation that is funded by a ½ cent sales tax and governed by a seven-member Board of Directors. LCDC is committed to supporting programs that promote business retention, development, and expansion within the City of Liberty. To learn more about LCDC, please visit them online at www.libertycdc.org or call 936-334-7118.

LCDC has also set up a website for property and sites at properties.zoomprospector.com/libertytx. Persons who want to add commercial property to the site can e-mail Chris Jarmon at cjarmon@cityofliberty.org.
