  • Drive In Communion - October 7 Our next “drive in” communion service will be offered on October 7 at 7pm in the Walled Lake campus parking lot. Simply bring your call phone to tune in and follow the directions of the parking lot attendants. For the safety of others, please stay in your car.

  • New Chairs for Walled Lake Chair Section We are scheduled to receive the new chairs for the chair section at the Walled Lake Campus in October! We are very excited! They are quite comfortable and will coordinate with the pew cushions and the rest of the new decor at the Walled Lake Campus.
  • The existing chairs are available for members to take, if anyone is interested. Chairs are available on Sundays after worship. Please feel free to take chairs after worship on October 4 or October 11 prior to the delivery of our new chairs.

  • Building Safety School has started and our buildings still remain closed for walk-in visitors during the week. Some staff members are returning to work onsite, and some continue to work remotely. IMPORTANT: Anyone wishing to meet with a staff member should contact that staff member directly or the church office to schedule a time to enter and meet. Proper entrance protocols will be adhered to at that time (including temperature taken, exposure evaluated, etc.). Thank you for your patience as we work very hard to keep everyone safe!
Mark Your Calendars!

Reminders
Did you miss it?
If you missed our previous eNews, here are a few reminders:

  • Communications Requests As we continue to modify our Communications tools to serve our St. Matthew community better (eNews, website, etc.), please connect with the appropriate Ministry Leader to request to have information communicated out. They will then ensure that information is directed to the appropriate channels for communication. The Messenger on the website is no longer an effective communication tool. Please contact Ministry Leaders directly to discuss your needs. Thank you for your patience as we create a more effective process for Communications Requests, and the tools to make it happen.
  • Photos?? Do you have photos from St. Matthew events to share with our congregation? Please email them to photos@st-matthew.org and we will consider sharing them in the eNews!
