Adult Scout Leader Awards: Remember you can recognize your fellow adult leaders for their time and effort leading Scouts. There are various recognition awards available if you fill out the forms. Click orange button for more info.

Only two dates remain in 2019 for Eagle Scout boards of review. This includes both project review boards and final reviews. Wednesday Nov. 20 and Dec 18 starting at 7pm. The candidate
must call Sandy Van Wyk to schedule the appointment at 562-427-0911.
Thursday, November 14 - Two weeks from today we will hold a workshop to cover everything you need to know about completing your charter renewals. We will also answer any questions you have on fee increases. Meeting from 7-8pm at 3114 South St. Lkwd 90712.
Note to parents: we do have popcorn in stock at the Long Beach Scout office. This is available to any Scout to sell to earn money.

Saturday, November 9 - One week from this Saturday, hundreds of Scouts will collect food to give to local food pantries. Bags available in the office. If you haven't signed up, we need your help!

Trunk or treats, school carnivals, open houses, ice cream socials, picnics at the park - families are looking to join Scouting! Consider an information night at your school or an invitation to your next meeting. We can help with flyers, signs, and more.

Friday, November 29 - Flyer info just posted for the Ten Commandments Hike coming up the last Friday of November. This annual day-after-Thanksgiving hike around town is suitable for all ages. All youth and family members are welcome. $5 each includes a patch.
