A SOLEMN WARNING
With the current world conditions, we can easily see the one world government coming together. Mandates, food shortages, loss of income, lack of help in businesses, sudden deaths and more, we see the spider web of the Book of Revelation coming together.
As a watchman for the Lord, it is imperative that warnings be sounded. It is imperative that Christians maintain their walk with the Lord with integrity and holiness, without which no man shall see God. (Hebrews 12:14.)
In Proverbs chapter 1 there is a warning that we should not take lightly. God is speaking and declaring that wisdom cries in the streets. It talks about being naïve in verse 22 then goes on to declare that God wants to pour out His spirit upon those that will receive. It says that “I will make known my words unto you.” (Verse 23b.) But in verses 24-33 there is a warning.
It says, “Because I have called, and ye refused; I have stretched out my hand, and no man regarded. But ye have set at nought all my counsel and would none of my reproof: I also will laugh at your calamity; I will mock when your fear cometh. When your fear cometh as desolation, and your destruction cometh as a whirlwind; when distress and anguish cometh upon you. Then shall they call upon me, but I will not answer: They shall seek me early, but they shall not find me: For that they hated knowledge and did not choose the fear of the Lord: They would none of my counsel: they despised my reproof. Therefore, shall they eat of the fruit of their own way, and be filled with their own devices. For the turning away of the simple shall slay them, and the prosperity of fools shall destroy them. But whoso hearkeneth unto me shall dwell safely and shall be quiet from fear of evil.”
God is saying through these scriptures that he has called many unto Him, but they refused to come. They went about doing things their own way. Then when trouble comes, they try to hear from God, but He will not respond. It was too late.
Many will find that it is too late because they did not heed the call of God when they could. Life is not about what we want my friends. It is about God and what He wants. I would encourage those that are not walking with God to make the choice to go all the way with Him before there aren’t any more chances to respond. Those that do answer the call shall dwell safely.
God is serious about this, and we should be too. That is why we must share his love with those that are lost while we can and wherever we can. To think that one soul will go to hell because they did not heed his call is the worst scenario that can be thought of. We are to be doers of the word and not hearers only (James 1:22).
