Intro to Lamb Butchering Class

In this demonstration-style class the Eugene Meat Collective and Cody Wood, a local lamb farmer who trained as a butcher at Fleisher's in Redhook, will introduce how to breakdown a lamb into its respective, delicious parts with local pasture-raised lamb. Enjoy some charcuterie and regional wine while you learn how the lamb can be broken down.
