HAPPY FEAST DAY OF OUR PATRON SAINT!
PARISH DIVERSITY & INCLUSIVITY TRAINING
Based on parishioner feedback and myriad issues surrounding the passing of George Floyd, and the focus on the Black Lives Matter movement, there is an immediate need for healing and change in our country and parish community.

St. John Vianney is pleased to announce a 3-part training program on "Diversity and Inclusivity." The training is a self-reflective and introspective journey that includes: awareness and understanding of our biases, building empathy and compassion, becoming an advocate, and taking courageous action. The training is facilitated by parishioner and Central Washington University Lecturer, Andy Parks.

The dates are as follows:
  • August 20 at 7:00pm via Zoom: Training Kick-Off and Bias Presentation
  • August 21 - September 2: Complete the Four Module Self-Study Program
  • September 3 at 7:00pm via Zoom: Taking Action Within Our Community, Listening and Sharing
