Fast & Easy Curbside Pick-Up!
Curbside Pick-Up
The library provides curbside pick-up upon request for patrons with items waiting on our holds shelf. No appointment needed!

When you arrive at the library for Curbside Pick-up:
  • Pull up in front of the building.
  • Have your library card number ready and call (608) 835-3656.
  • Watch for your materials to be placed on the cart.
  • When library staff returns into the building, you may pick up your items from the cart. 
Need book recommendations?
We have librarians who can pull materials for you, your child, and your teen. Request books, movies, magazines and more!

To make a request, complete the Librarian's Choice form  and a librarian will get back to you with instructions for how to pick up the materials. 
Online Resources Available 24/7
In addition to physical items, your library card gets you access to online resources that are available 24/7.

Events for Kids & Families
Weekly Storytime is Back
Starting January 25 & 26 with a few changes!
Registration is required. Register for Tuesday or Wednesday.

The start is also changing to 10:15 am and run for 30 minutes. The location is at the meeting space at the OSD district office.

Baby Storytime
Thursdays at 9:30 am & 11 am
For ages 0-18 months held via Zoom.

We have added an earlier time. Attend the time (9:30 am or 11 am) that works best!
Enjoy rhymes, bounces, and stories with Ms. Wendy along with social time for babies and caregivers.

Monthly Evening Storytime
3rd Monday at 6:30 pm
For ages 0-6 held via Zoom. Registration Required.

Join us for stories, songs, and rhymes before bedtime. Each child will receive a craft related to the theme. All new attendees will receive an egg shaker and scarf to keep! 

Monthly Preschool Open Gym - CANCELED

January session is canceled due to the increased cased of COVID-19. Hope to see you in February!

Parent Book Study
Thursdays at 6:30 pm
from January 27 to February 17
For parents/guardians of preschoolers to age 18. Held at the Oregon Youth Center. Registration required.

Looking for new books about parenting? Interested in a FREE book study with other parents/guardians that will focus on moving away from rewards and consequences, supporting autonomy in your child, developing empathy, self-awareness, and more?

A learning event for adults. Registration required. This is a hybrid event.

Travel through time with the Oregon Area Historical Society! Learn about the history of churches, police and fire departments, and the Steinhauer family in Oregon!

Planning Your Herb Garden

A learning event for adults via Zoom. Registration required.

Linda Conroy of Moonwise Herbs will share ideas about growing herbs for both food and medicine. Whether you have a large or small space, you will leave inspired and ready to get started.
