Re: Continuing Operations during the COVID-19 Outbreak

Agents National Title Insurance Company is committed to continuing to support the viability of its title agency partners while, most importantly, assisting in the preservation of the health and welfare of the public, our employees, agents and customers during this outbreak of COVID-19. virus.
In Florida, electronic recordings of real estate documents are proceeding as normal, title search databases and real estate tax information remain available online and Agents National title production services remain steady and very responsive. We are strongly committed to being able to issue title insurance for our agent's real estate closings. While physical access to courthouses may be closed to the public as circumstances warrant, we do not expect such physical closures to impact real estate closings as electronic recording is expected to continue unimpeded.
Agents National is committed to doing whatever is possible to keep the electronic recording systems open and real estate settlements proceeding without disruption.
